400 Arco

Poco después de la licenciatura y Máster en Bellas Artes por la Universidad de Sevilla, toqué varios ámbitos profesionales. Entré en el mundo de las exposiciones con Loving Art, monté mi pequeña academia y atendí encargos privados. Entonces llegó el 10 de octubre de 2016 cuando sufrí un accidente de tráfico. En esa ambulancia nació 400arco. El reto de pintar 400 cuadros en dos años para donar la mitad de cada cuadro en alimentos infantiles. Gracias Fernando Alberca, por ser mi impulsor, consejero, manager. Por ser tan generoso conmigo.

Shortly after graduating from the Bachelor and Master in Fine Arts at the University of Seville, I touched several professional areas. I entered the world of exhibitions with Loving Art, I set up my own small academy and I attended private commissions. Then came October 10, 2016 when I suffered a traffic accident. In that ambulance 400arco was born. A challenge to paint 400 paintings in two years in order to donate half of each painting in baby food. Thank you Fernando Alberca, for being my promoter, advisor, manager. For being so generous with me.

400 Arco II

El reto había empezado con fuerza. La primera exposición fue cuando llegué a los 100 primeros cuadros y ésta que ves ahora, cuando alcancé la media maratón. Este proyecto me entusiasmó desde el principio porque englobaba mis 3 pasiones: la necesidad de crear, la necesidad de servir en algo concreto, la pasión por el maratón. Los temas, figurativos, alegres y cercanos al público de la calle.

The challenge had started strongly. The first exhibition was when I reached the first 100 paintings and this one you see now, when I reached the half marathon. This project excited me from the beginning because it encompassed my 3 passions: the need to create, the need to serve in something concrete, the passion for the marathon. The themes, figurative and close to the public of the street, with a style that was forging open drawing, almost like sketches raised to the level of painting.

400 Arco III

Todas estas exposiciones tuvieron lugar en Córdoba. Primero en la Asociación Familiar Alcorce, que tan generosamente me abrió las puertas de su hermoso Patio en 3 ocasiones. Había superado los 300 cuadros cuando el Círculo de la Amistad, a través de Elvira y Rafael, me invitaron a colgar en su Salón. En esta exposición aproveché para hacer un pequeño homenaje a diferentes personas que desde el primer momento me dieron tanto cariño y apoyo.

All these exhibitions took place in Cordoba. First in the Alcorce Family Association that so generously opened the doors of its beautiful Patio to me on 3 occasions. I had exceeded 300 paintings when the Circulo de la Amistad, through Elvira and Rafael, invited me to hang in their Salon. In this exhibition I took the opportunity to make a small tribute to different people who from the first moment gave me so much love and support.

400ARCO FINAL

El Proyecto 400arco era una realidad. Pintados, vendidos y 20.000 euros donados. Era el momento de contar toda la historia a través de una Última Exposición. Con mis queridos Fernando, Antonio, Tolo y Manuel. Allí tuvieron su lugar las últimas piezas de Nens. Una serie de 10 grandes collages a partir de las pinturas del maratón. Esculturas hechas con materiales reciclados. Y algunos restos del coche siniestrado que me enseñó que no debía esperar a ser alguien para ayudar a tantas almas que nos necesitan.

The 400arco Project had been realized. Painted, sold and 20,000 euros donated. It was time to tell the whole story through a Last Exhibition. With my dear Fernando, Antonio, Tolo and Manuel. There had its place the last pieces of Nens. A series of 10 large collages from the paintings of the marathon. Sculptures made from recycled materials. And some remains of the wrecked car that taught me that I should not wait to be someone to help so many souls who need us.

Half of each work goes to children with different needs. A project where time and work become a donation.

Art can also transform lives.
